Used the dealership for emergency service during a work visit to the area. Service manager, Kelly was great for everything that was within her power, including getting my vehicle in earlier than my appointment. It was a little disappointing that they wouldn't offer a diagnosis based off OBD codes I was able to provide and I had to pay a few hundred dollars for a full diagnostic test to confirm what was assumed. I have a 2022 Nissan Rogue which I bought brand new from them it had 60,397 miles on it and my engine went out. I had my vehicle towed there by AAA. I have to say yes, I was angry and unhappy with the situation; however they immediately stepped up to the plate for me.
After checking into my maintenance and making sure I was doing everything I needed to do for my vehicle, they put a brand new engine into my vehicle. At no charge to me!!!!

We had the best experience this week purchasing a new minivan at Eau Claire Nissan. Juan Lopez walked us through every step and was on top of each question and concern. Every issue (which were few) was cheerfully and quickly resolved. I would give a 10 to Juan and Nissan for great customer service. We have purchased our used vehicles here before and look forward to working with this team again in the future.
Kelly was great. i had a calibration done and was charged $42.43 fees that should not have any thing to do with a scan i had done.BOGUS FEES

I came in for an oil change. She asks if I needed anything else. I said no not at this time. They did the oil change and there was no up selling. It was fast and easy and I got a good price with a coupon that I got in the mail.
Connor was incredibly helpful! He tracked down the exact vehicle we wanted and patiently explained all of the car features to us.

I went in for my first oil change with my Nissan. I’ve never owned a Nissan before. The lady that helped me in the service center was so rude. Not personable at all! When I got the bill of 96$ I was shocked. I didn’t know anything about synthetic oil or how expensive it was and the way she handled my concerns and questions was so disappointing and I was so uncomfortable. Very satisfied with the service department at Eau Claire Nissan. Addressed our concerns and got us scheduled promptly (next day). The issue was diagnosed and corrected quickly.
Great customer and tech service, efficient and timely save for tires inflated to 38 psi when the spec. calls for 32 psi for my specific vehicle.
The customer service is exceptional and my vehicle is always done in a timely manner.
Very happy with the service I received. I was in for an oil change and was having trouble with my crash sensors. They were able to fix my sensors as well as the oil change and tire rotation.

I went in because my dad’s neighbor said flexpipe needed to be fixed. I got a call after the diagnostic exam and the lady said exhaust system needed to be replaced. I told my parents just to update them on stuff and they said they knew someone who could do it a lot cheaper. I was quoted at $950. Had pro pak a done. Multiple areas of interior missed for treatment. Headrests, back pockets of seats and dash VERY noticeably missed. Diamond windshield protectant also not repelling water as promised.
