I was a customer from out of town, and chose to find the local Nissan dealer for my Nissan vehicle service. I was a bit surprised the needed main part was out of stock and also once said part arrived the next day the fix was not given some priority. Had to wait until almost end of the second day for completion of service.

We had a good experience working out our deal on our new truck. They would have gotten 5 stars if they had shown us both the cash way and the finance way. They said they had 1.9% financing on the truck but never showed us what that would mean for a payment.

was not happy to hear the walk in building next door was closed. The service, in some means was impersonal as the 'extra' stuff that was needed to be done, was sent via text message, etc, instead of someone coming out and explaining what was going on and why the part was needed. Just a thought for future, personal touch makes things a lot better. Plus, I did feel a little rushed to just sign for the transaction and get out.

Everyone was very friendly. While waiting for the service to be done, I went to the waiting area. It was very well stocked with beverages and snacks. The TV screen kept me updated on where they were at on my service. Also loved being able to view the work being done on my car. Restroom was extremely clean.

Second time visiting for repairs. Working with the service tech was great. Facility was clean and getting the truck in and out was easy. Pricing estimates seemed very high but came down after actual parts and work done. Found video of inspection and explanation of work needed should be slowed down. Talking and movement was so fast that it was hard to understand. Only complaint is: I am a tech guy. I had a lot of questions and answers were not as helpful as expected. But better than the first time I was in there. (Learning on the job?)

Price on bill didn't match up to price I booked appointment at from online offer. Showed booking quote ahead of time and person wasn't aware of this. After getting home and examing bill I believe I was overcharged more than what it should have been as each service performed was billed separately instead of at the quoted online rate. Not sure if I will go back to the dealer for service again.
