The dealership wouldn't get me the color I wanted on a brand new car so I went elsewhere. The service center is fine. I've just gone for oil changes and tire rotations so far. When I inquire about the conditions of my lease, nobody seems to know what I'm talking about.

Kelly was terrific, she's incredibly easy to work with and communicates very clearly and concisely. My car was fixed quickly and I haven't had an issue since.
Kelly does an excellent job of communicating the status. In my situation our maintenance company was dragging their feet on the repair approval and Kelley stayed on top of them as well as updated myself through the whole process. Although I was there longer than expected the first trip it was not anything Eau Claire Nissan nor Kelly had control over. The second time I was in and out almost immediately

Since my location was within the distance required for free delivery I was able to conclude business with Aaron at my home when he arrived with my new (used) vehicle. One of the things that comes with buying a car is the maintenance. People are hesitant to take their cars to dealerships due to the high overhead. However, when I bought this Nissan, I decided since it was under warranty to take it to the dealer as they know the car best. I have found that that was the right choice especially with Eau Claire Nissan and Kelly!

Not sure if it's a 5 star because there is always room for improvement but I think everything went as planned. Up front and honest about what they knew about the history of the vehicle. Quick and easy on the paperwork. Aaron answered all my questions and got back to me ASAP when I left a message. I would definitely do business with them again.

Mislead me. Told me it would be fixed ran worse after they fixed it. Took it back same day. They diagnosised it again and found other things wrong. It would have cost more than car was worth to fix it. I wish they would have been honest with me on day1 so that I would have not wasted the 1114 dollars on a vehicle that now has to be salvaged. Very very disappointing service
