One of the things that comes with buying a car is the maintenance. People are hesitant to take their cars to dealerships due to the high overhead. However, when I bought this Nissan, I decided since it was under warranty to take it to the dealer as they know the car best. Not sure if it's a 5 star because there is always room for improvement but I think everything went as planned. Up front and honest about what they knew about the history of the vehicle. Quick and easy on the paperwork. Aaron answered all my questions and got back to me ASAP when I left a message. I would definitely do business with them again.

Great service for a recall and the shuttle drivers were also great and with no waiting.
Mislead me. Told me it would be fixed ran worse after they fixed it. Took it back same day. They diagnosised it again and found other things wrong. It would have cost more than car was worth to fix it. I wish they would have been honest with me on day1 so that I would have not wasted the 1114 dollars on a vehicle that now has to be salvaged. Very very disappointing service

I was a customer from out of town, and chose to find the local Nissan dealer for my Nissan vehicle service. I was a bit surprised the needed main part was out of stock and also once said part arrived the next day the fix was not given some priority. Had to wait until almost end of the second day for completion of service.

This was my first dealer service department event. About ten (10) days ago I purchased a 2026 Nissan Pro 4X truck from this dealer and the sales department was professional and efficient. Now I returned to the service department for the completion of the packages I purchased during the purchase of the truck. The service department was vantastic. What a great dealer! I'm looking forward to visiting and buying aftermarket Nissan products from the Nissan parts department now. What a great dealer.

We had a good experience working out our deal on our new truck. They would have gotten 5 stars if they had shown us both the cash way and the finance way. They said they had 1.9% financing on the truck but never showed us what that would mean for a payment.

He scored maximum bonus points for bantering Fast and Furious quotes with me over the irony of being car guys and wanting to purchase a 100hp sub-compact with an auto transmission. Five stars!

was not happy to hear the walk in building next door was closed. The service, in some means was impersonal as the 'extra' stuff that was needed to be done, was sent via text message, etc, instead of someone coming out and explaining what was going on and why the part was needed. Just a thought for future, personal touch makes things a lot better. Plus, I did feel a little rushed to just sign for the transaction and get out.

Everyone was very friendly. While waiting for the service to be done, I went to the waiting area. It was very well stocked with beverages and snacks. The TV screen kept me updated on where they were at on my service. Also loved being able to view the work being done on my car. Restroom was extremely clean.
