friday night, 22 may, i found myself in a quandary when i was stopped by the local constabulary in menomonie for having a burned out low beam headlight on my vehicle. since this was a holiday weekend and nobody was open to take my car to for repairs, i was using a friend's vehicle since i figured if i was stopped again and still had the bulb burned out, i would probably be fined. tuesday, 26 may, was the soonest i could try to get it repaired. i called ken vance, but they couldn't squeeze me in. they called your establishment, and i could get in there. i appreciate your organization making room for me and my dilemma. i was shocked at how many vehicles were in your location and had an issue finding where to go exactly, but i got there -- and a few minutes before the scheduled 0830 time frame. everything went smoothly. i got a lot of reading in while waiting and was on my way. having a breakdown on a weekend it traumatic; having that occur on a holiday weekend is even more so. i am getting a tad gun-shy since this was the third time i was stopped for lights being out. a few years back, this same bulb burned out. after that i was stopped for having my license plate bulb burned out. all these things happened going into a weekend. maybe i have to carry a flashlight and some duct tape around with me and tape the light to my vehicle just to play it safe in the future! thanks for getting me in and correcting the problem. have a prosperous year. stay safe. your last 2 questions below don't apply to me, so i left them unanswered.

I was a customer from out of town, and chose to find the local Nissan dealer for my Nissan vehicle service. I was a bit surprised the needed main part was out of stock and also once said part arrived the next day the fix was not given some priority. Had to wait until almost end of the second day for completion of service.

The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The customer service experience was excellent! They took the time to answer any questions I had about buying a car, and thoroughly explained each of the documents that I needed to sign during the process. They even offered me a beverage to enjoy. I recently bought a used van from them, and came back the next day to have my license plates from my old vehicle transferred to my new one. The person who sold me the van saw me and asked how I liked it so far. I would highly recommend this dealership to those searching for a vehicle.
