Brian was excellent to work with!! I showed up an hour before the dealership closed on a Friday, and he treated as if I was there at 9 am. He was patient and answered all my questions…. Even the ridiculous ones that I already knew the answer, and he did it with a smile on his face! He followed up to make sure I was happy with my purchase. When I brought the car back to get it detailed (because I bought it when the detailers were gone for the day), he offered to drive me across the street so I could go to Festival to mail items and picked me back up at the door! Working with Brian and Nissan has been an absolutely wonderful experience!

It was just as described and no surprises. And it also came with a 7-Day return policy which gave me a lot of confidence that this was a good vehicle. Aaron was patient and courteous throughout the process from start to finish. When it comes to customer service it was a refreshing experience!
