Anastasia Burish, Chrysler Sales Manager
Anastasia Burish helps raise money and create awareness for the Down Syndrome Association of Wisconsin. The local Chapter in the Chippewa Valley provided her with a gift bag when her daughter was born. Anastasia knew in advance that her daughter had DS and someone at the her Clinic contacted DSAW to let them know. In the gift bag there was a lot of information on resources and agencies as well as a book about rasing a child with DS and a onesie with the footprint logo on it.
This has been the fifth year that Anastasia has participated in the walk at Irvine Park and she has been able to raise $200-$1,000 each year with the help of generous employees at Eau Claire Auto Group as well as Mike Keil, Owner at Eau Claire Auto Group.
The Walk totals around $30,000 each year and is the main funding for DSAW. For more information on DSAW, please visit: https://www.dsaw.org/chippewa-valley/
